The Wellness Center of Door County, Inc., is a non-profit organization that provides affordable and confidential sexual, reproductive and related health care for men and women in an educational environment that respects the dignity and choices of each person.
Everyone Is Welcome
Patients with and without insurance are welcome. We accept patients with the Wisconsin Medical Assistance Family Planning Waiver, Badgercare, Badgercare CORE Plus, Wisconsin Well Woman Program, Medicare, WEA Trust, United Health Care and many private insurances. Call us or come in and talk to us, we'll work things out.
