There are 2 methods of birth control----Hormonal and Non-hormonal.  Regardless
of which method you may choose it is important that you be well informed of the
benefits, risks, alternatives, side effects, effectiveness and warning signs of
complications.   It is important that the method of birth control you are using is a
"good fit" for you.
If at any point you are unhappy with the method you are using it
is important that you return to your provider's office.
 Do not simply stop your
method---or you'll be risking an unplanned pregnancy!
