Everyone Is Welcome
We welcome patients with and without insurance. We accept patients with WI Medical Assistance Family Planning Only Service (FPOS), BadgerCare, BadgerCare CORE Plus, Wisconsin Well Woman Program and Medicare. We are approved network providers for the following: Affinity-Network Health, Aetna, ARISE, Health EOS/Multiplan, Health Payment Systems/Auxiant, Humana (including Medicare HMO/PPO), Managed Health HMO, UMR, United Health Care, WEA, and WPS. We will happily bill your insurance company as a convenience for you. If you have no insurance, please call us or stop in. Talk to us and we'll work things out.
