Volunteer Opportunities
Do we need volunteers? We thought you'd never ask!
We are ALWAYS in need of volunteers! Whether you can donate an hour, two hours or part of a day we can guarantee we will always have a project available! Our volunteer opportunities fall into the following categories:
Take Home Projects
- Assembling packets of patient education brochures
- Packaging up small baggies with condoms and instruction flier
- Clerical duties such as stamping/separating forms
- Delivering/dropping off brochures and posters
On site Volunteering
- Gardening: We always need help with weeding and "deadheading" our flowers so that our front and side yards are appealing & inviting
- Clerical duties to lighten the load of our receptionist who is multi-tasking all day long!
- Breaking down boxes in preparation for recycling
- Taking our recycling into the recycling center in Sturgeon Bay
- Packaging up small baggies of condoms with instruction fliers
- Painting on non-clinic days
Specific Event Volunteering
- Community based fundraising events such as the Fish Creek Winter Games
- Helping to staff fund-raising events
- Assisting with attendees at Educational Workshops
- Hosting a small gathering of community members to learn more about Wellness Center services
